Women's Running magazine is looking for bloggers of absolutely any fitness level or any blog topic to get involved with its 10k Race Series. The goal? To get more women running and raise awareness of the Women’s Running 10K events, which this year take place in 11 locations around the country.

Do you don’t have to be an experienced runner (in fact, you don’t need to be a runner at all!) – you just need to have a can-do attitude for taking on either the 10K or 5K event and the ability to be able to inspire others to do so. The more women that take part, the more we can work to close the gap on the men in numbers of participants in recreational sport.

So what’s the benefit? Women's Running is offering a great package, including free race entry, training plan and a goody bag. There is also the opportunity to be published in the Women's Running print magazine and online (subject to meeting editorial standards). Coverage for this assignment should include a number of posts that document your journey to the race day, social media coverage and should include video posts on any social media platform.

Each successful blogger chosen will be given their own unique discount code that they can use on their social media channels to encourage entry in their network.

To apply for this assignment, please include in your cover letter: which race you would like to run in, current fitness level, blog audience core demographics and whether you can provide video posts and on which channel. We are now only looking for bloggers for Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, London and Glasgow, so could you please state in your cover letter your race location preference.

You have to be logged in to apply for this assignment.
