For this assignment we are looking for a range of different bloggers to try a Results with Lucy plan, and share their real results. In order to apply for this assignment you must be able to commit to being able to follow the plans completely, some lasting as long as 13 weeks – the minimum commitment being 4 weeks.
You will be required to submit a before, mid way, and after photo, alongside your personal story to Results with Lucy to use on their website and social media accounts, and we are looking for bloggers who can write an introductory post, update post(s) on your journey and a final review. This will include keeping a social media journal of your meals, emotions, thoughts and progress pics as well as blog entries. Bloggers will be offered free access to their best-suited programme and with plans worth up to £163.99, this is an amazing opportunity to try Results with Lucy, and get a happy, fit and healthy body in time for this summer.

New Beginnings – The New Beginnings plan has just had an upgrade, so Results with Lucy are looking for someone to follow the 13-week beginner programme. All bloggers need to be completely new to fitness, have been out of a fitness routine for a minimum of 6 months, or be looking to get back into fitness, post pregnancy. Includes a structured workout plan and meal plan.
Little Black Dress – A short term, 5-week plan for those who are at a beginner to intermediate level of fitness, not completely new to fitness. Specifically designed to help those with weight to lose and wobbly areas to tone. 5 weeks to feel great in your party dress! Includes a structured workout plan and meal plan.
Express – A short term, 4-week plan to help you drop a dress size in 30 days, for those with weight to lose. Beginners to intermediate level of fitness. Includes a structured workout plan and meal plan.
Six-Pack Abs – The most advanced programme on Results with Lucy, Six-Pack Abs will tone and define your core in 12 weeks. All bloggers need to be at an intermediate level of fitness, wanting to tone their core. Includes a structured workout plan and full access to all Eatwell recipes.
Solo – Take advantage of access to over 300+ individual workout videos. Challenge yourself and workout as much as you want, when you want. You’ll have complete flexibility to pick and mix your own workouts to suit your personal goals, busy lifestyle etc. Access for 1 month, available to all bloggers, and all fitness levels.
Student – Everything you need to stay happy and healthy whilst studying. Includes a structured workout plan and student friendly recipes to suit bloggers on a budget. Access for 1 month, available to University or College student bloggers only.
Eatwell 30 Plan – Nutritional only programme, giving a full day-by-day meal plan, and tons of additional recipes and nutrition advice over the course of 30 days. All bloggers welcome.
Beach Body – 6 week intensive get ready for summer plan. For bloggers with an intermediate level of fitness, looking to step their fitness up to the next level. Includes a structured workout plan and meal plan.
